STEP THREE: Step 2 of 2: Add Entry Images

IMPORTANT! Applications without images will NOT be considered.

Before uploading images, please clearly label your files with your product name. For example, “kitchenwidget.jpg.”

  • 1 REAL booth setup photo is required.  Please include 1 photo showing us how your table/booth will be set up and stocked at the market.  AI and Photoshop generated or enhanced images will NOT be accepted.
  • Minimum of four images required for consideration. Up to 6 images can be uploaded and artists with broader range of media should take advantage of all six.
  •  Image minimum length on the longest side: 960px
  • Image maximum length on longest side: 4600px
  • Allowed File types: jpg, png, pdf.
  • To ensure impartiality during the jurying process, artist’s names, company names, artist photos, or other personal identifiers must not be visible in images or descriptions.
  • Artists are responsible for uploading high quality, detailed, clear images that accurately represent and highlight their work.  Remember, committee members may change from year to year so you should assume this is the first time they are viewing your work.  This is your opportunity to show that you are creating currently and to to showcase in the best light the beauty, detail, and range or your work.

From the "Add Entry Attachment(3)" page, upload 6 images (JPG or PNG only).

Click the “Add Attachment” button or

Mouse over “Drag and drop a file” and click

Upload Progress Bar will appear. If your image is uploaded successfully, a thumbnail of the image will appear with the text “Image File Successfully Uploaded!”

If the image is too big or too small, the upload will fail. In this case, you may have to log out and back in to resubmit images.

VERY IMPORTANT:

  • Due to the high volume of applications, applicants must include clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos representing their work.
  • If applying with a second applicant, there should be an equal number of images representing each applicant's work.
  • Applications without at least Four images will not be considered.

RETURNING APPLICANTS:  We expect artists to include photos that you have not used in the past. As we attempt to diversify to keep our visitors excited and interested in coming back year after year and to create a more inclusive space in which all artists, new and returning, are considered, it is crucial to show us that you are currently creating, your work is evolving, and when you are creating something new.

Click the button to complete your application.
